Enterprise Business Senior Account Manager (Energy Sector)

We are looking for you, if you have a strong background within the Norwegian Energy market, Solar Solution in the Energy sector and has a passion for developing and maintaining relationships!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, develop and maintain relationships with large Energy/Solar customers in Norway.
  • Present HUAWEI's strategy, solutions and capabilities to existing and potential customers.
  • Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /System Integrators and customers;
  • Collaborate with solution teams to enhance customer relationships.
  • Achievement of sales objectives.
  • Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry;
  • Identify and win key projects of key customer, ensure testing site/breakthrough/customer satisfaction;
  • Other supporting activities as requested by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of client relation management within Energy/Electrical & Electronic field.
  • A solid track record of building, managing and delivering high performing sales results.
  • Demonstrate good business sense.
  • Must be in possession of good commercial understanding.
  • 5~8 years of sales experience in energy domain, if has solar inverter experience in sales involving clients is an advantage;
  • The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest trends and knows the market for Green Energy Sector.
  • Ability to speak, read and write Norwegian and English fluently.
