• As the owner responsible for managing project delivery quality (including EHS), the QA Engineer develops a project quality assurance solution, adopts quality management approaches (such as quality planning), plans the implementation monitoring process, and performs quality spot checks and assessments
• Lead business teams to implement the quality plan, continuously assess the project quality, and make issue-specific improvements in accordance with the quality assurance solution to ensure the attainment of quality objectives.
• Regarding key and risky project activities, regularly perform onsite checks, quality measurement and assessment to discover quality issues, and make improvements accordingly. If needed, exercise the special authority of an independent QA manager to inform executives of serious quality issues for decision-making.
• Supervise subcontractor installation teams to follow the local EHS regulation strictly, and output EHS report after onsite checks.
> Min 2 years experience in EHS / Telecom Quality Assurance / Site Engineering / Project Management (telecom industry)
> Background in Telecom industry is ideal
> Familiar with basic office tools, with focus on Excel
> Great communication skills, both in Finnish and English
> Sense of responsibility, target-oriented and flexible towards change
> Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced multinational environment
