Job Responsibilities

1.         Experienced in strategic planning, commercial structuring, account management & contract negotiation/closure.

2.         Sales- Target planning -Sell-in/Sell-thru, activation, WoS, category share penetration, Vol& Val growth. P&L ownership and management- sales deductions.

3.         Sales program planning- augmentation during lifecycle - affordability programs exchange, EMI, Cashbacks etc. & offer interventions (upgrade, pre-book, combo offers etc.) ◦

4.         Innovative marketing portfolio management including brand imaging, brand development and market positioning for the new market entrants.  Complete portfolio of marketing activities inclusive of development of a marketing plans & sales pitches to prospective corporate clients all over Sweden.

5.         Product road mapping basis – specifications, value proposition, competitor landscape, trends, leading to end consumer pricing, promotion & communication for online products.

6.         Marketing strategies (including all ATL, BTL activities, Digital, Conversion tracking) and management of launch activities.

Skill Requirement

  • 3-5 years sales experience in related dustry. Good relationship with operator clients or openmarket clients is plus.
  • Desire and ability to think like the customer .Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion 
  • Highly analytical skills.
  • Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills. Good spoken and writen in English and Swedish
  • Strong understanding of technology and business
  • Ability to connect with people across teams & levels 
  • Strong bias for Action - works at a very rapid pace
