Position 1 Junior Account Manager 初级客户经理/销售助理岗

Job Description:

  • Responsible for creating new business opportunities and increase business with key operator account. Responsibilities include:
  • Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with identified operators
  • Build and maintain key relationships across identified key customers
  • Work with and influence all other cross matrix functional team to ensure successful delivery/deployment of projects
  • Manage and coordinate key activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
  • Responsible for business goal set-up in Huawei.
  • Responsible for customer’s satisfaction in cooperation with Huawei.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline.
  • Have a good understanding of telecom operator ICT transformation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner.

Position 2Pre sales assistant 售前助理/产品经理助理

Job Description: 

The candidate should be responsible for pre sales support and bidding business to enable solution success by understanding E2E sales process and activities.

The responsibilities include, but not limited to the below areas:

  • Work as pre sales engineer to handle bidding business.
  • Be the owner for solution business success by understanding the market, technology, solutions and process.
  • Drive and coordinate with team working together by good leadership.
  • Participate in solution development
  • Be responsible for dealing with service contract issues and PO handling
  • Keep communication with HQ and Regional Office in daily report.

Job Requirements:

  • Understand industrial and technical trends, familiar with network framework and business.

 Position 3Admin Assistant 行政助理

Job Description: 

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative support duties for local office, such as: facility management, goods and suppliers management.

  • Sourcing and qualifying potential suppliers, setting up supplier resource pool.
  • Negotiating and signing contract with suppliers to maximize company's benefit.   
  • Organizing regular communication with suppliers, establishing good business relationships.
  • Budget and expenses control.
  • Coordinate management of office space and related services.
  • Prepare and launch Administrative procedures.
  • Collecting cost information in the market and building cost benchmark.
  • Creating long-term procurement strategies and achieve the cost savings targets.
  • Risk evaluation, develop and implement risk prevention and mitigation plan, insure the continuity of service from supplier.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function

Job Requirements:

  • Working experience ideally within the office administration or/and procurement area.
  • Bachelor degree or higher (Business Management would be beneficial).
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strongly developed management skills.
  • Self-disciplined and well organized; good organization of others’ work and own work.

 Job Description: 

  • OSS & IT related Project delivery, including LLD design / Hardware installation Supervision / Commissioning and Integration / Acceptance test / Data Migration ...;
  • OSS & IT related Product Daily Routine maintenance : Version upgrade / Issue Troubleshooting / Customer's Technical inquires clarification ...;

Qualification & Experience

  • Relavent telecom or IT domain work experience;

  • OSS&IT&Wireless service engineer have priority;

  • Bachelor degree, communication subject of Top 5 University ;

  • Familiar with Linux (SuSE, RHEL…) and Windows Server (2008,2012…)

  • Familiar with databases (Oracle, Sybase…)

  • Familiar with Networking (IP, VLAN, routing…)

  • Familiar with common hardware platform(Server/Storage/Switch);

  • Familiar with Virtualization technology;

  • Good communication, open-mind, good at team work

  • Open for occasional overtime and night work

  • Like working in multicultural and multinational environment
