Customer Success manager

Main Responsibility

  • Maintain high quality content in the APP and website, include launching New functions, Articles and service center information.
  • Organize the online Activities, cooperate with MKT dept and HQ support team, summarize the campaign
  • Service Experience Officer, Analyze the VOC-Report to identify issues, and find ways to improve our services

Skill Requirements

  • Business Skills
  1. Experience in training area or sales in retail Store.
  2. Willingness of studying new telecommunication and product knowledge.
  3. Business maturity and responsibility for entrusted tasks.
  4. Very good communication skills.
  5. Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Education Background Requirements:
  1. Educational background: college (3 years) and above in administration, electrical engineering, communication engineering or computer engineering or related commerce or science discipline.
  • Work Experience Requirements: 
  1. Industry background: have at least 1-2 year of experience in the consumer electronic (Telecom/IT preferred) industry.
  • Langue Skill Requirement: 
  1. Fluent English and Swedish in Speaking, and Writing. Priority in Multi-Nordic language.

Note: This position is a long term position while will sign contract with our third party HR agency and renew the contract yearly.
