Telecom power solution manager reports to Nordic solution VP, is responsible for telecom power solution sales, mainly engaging in the activities of relationship building with key customers in Norway, Sweden and Finland; understand customers’ request to the power system and pass the information to R&D. Find and nurture potential leads also an important task in the daily work.

  • Customer Relationship: Planning, exploration and management of customer relationship, based on bringing long-term value to customer.
  • Manage the telecom energy solution sales including market insight, customer insight, sales and competition strategy formulation and implementation and so on.
  • Effectively delivers value of Huawei network energy solution values.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 year working Experiences with Telecom Energy system
  • Electrician certificate is preferred;
  • Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal understanding;
  • has insight of customer technical challenges and needs;
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish is mandatory;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory;
  • Available for business trips
