HR Assistant (Consultant position)

Huawei Sales Rep Office is looking for an HR Assistant. Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude and good interpersonal skills will help you to succeed in this position. We appreciate different study and work backgrounds and willingness to learn. We are looking for a person with full working proficiency in English and Norwegian and fluent Chinese. Good MS Office skills are also required. 


Responsibilities:

Assisting in the following tasks
• Recruiting: Running the recruiting processes (Sourcing, screening, interviewing) with hiring managers, Follow-up of administrative aspects of the recruitment.
• Performance Management: Implement the performance mgmt process and organize the performance evaluation and implement the company's regulations.
• Employee relationship: Help to establish good and open work environment, maintaining good communication with employees and consultants to understand their needs and requirements.
• Trainings: assist to collect the training resources from the Region HQ and HQ, organize the office's employee to register and give them more training opportunity.
