As Huawei Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in expanding our enterprise business within both the public & private sector in the enterprise datacenter domain focusing on storage & protection, and networking.
You will be working with a global leader with market leading solutions. The Huawei enterprise portfolio helps our customers to effectively connect, leverage and protect customer data.
At Huawei we are extremely customer centric since our customers are the only thing that makes us successful and motivates us to invent new solutions and products. You should therefore have “blackbelt” in understanding customer needs and articulating how Huawei could help our customers. You should be able to rely on your current enterprise knowledge within at least one domain (either storage/data protection or networking), both from a solution and market perspective.
You will be collaborating with members ranging from R&D, solution, services, channel-team. Which is why we believe you have experience leading virtual teams in your customer engagement.

Job location:
Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden
You will be responsible for:
· Identifying and developing business opportunities with enterprise clients
· Strategic account planning while ensuring alignment of company priorities
· Promoting a full range of Huawei solutions to a defined selection of clients
· Driving sales, focusing on account and resource planning and allocation
· Developing a detailed action plan for direct & indirect channel marketing and sales partnerships
· Business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development)
· Working in collaboration with the product engineering teams to build integrated solutions for complex problems
YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
- High energy acquisition mindset
- Experience as IT sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills: self-starter focused on solutions and have a successful track record of building lasting business relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science or similar
- IT consultant who has knowledge in ICT/Data center solutions (storage and/or network)
