Digital Power Customer Service Engineer (Consultant position)
Please note that this is a consultant position, the contract would be signed with our staffing supplier.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:
Customer Service Engineer
Location: Sweden
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone, on site and other channels
- Provide installation and commissioning training to customer, Work on the commissioning of the inverter or BESS. and ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably, and properly and system running stable.
- Collect and analysis customers’ service requirements, and prepare the related service solution for that.
- Onsite support for inverter and BESS projects delivery
- Communication and support partners on the end users trouble shooting and provide training for the partners.
- Customer technical request tickets handling to close the tickets within SLA.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree
- Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
- More than 1-year customer support experience in the solar or Battery energy storage system
- You need to spoke at advanced level English and Swedish.
- Good customer communication skills
- Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
- Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
