Job Title: Graduate Logistics Specialist – Finland
Job Location: Helsinki, Finland
Main Responsibilities:
• Inventory physical management: Oversee end‑to‑end physical inventory across all BGs/BUs of the Representative Office in compliance with inventory‑management policies, guidelines and procedures. Identify anomalies including physical‑goods safety risks, goods‑document‑account discrepancies and overdue stagnant stock. Drive relevant business streams to conduct root‑cause analysis and develop improvement measures. Escalate critical issues to the Representative Office management team and perform independent oversight duties.
• National logistics platform development and maintenance: Deliver local adaptation and roll‑out of the national logistics platform; sustain ongoing operations and continuously enhance platform and organizational capabilities.
• Logistics network and resource management: Plan and optimize logistics networks covering warehouse layout, transport routes and distribution networks. Coordinate internal and external logistics resources (manpower, equipment, vehicles, etc.) to boost resource utilization and response speed.
• Logistics solution design: Develop and deploy logistics solutions tailored to business‑scenario requirements, customer demands, product characteristics (e.g. dangerous goods) and project‑delivery constraints.
• Logistics contract and LSP management: Draft local‑market logistics contracts and manage full‑lifecycle contract administration. Establish mechanisms for LSP selection, evaluation and cooperation. Conduct regular performance assessments of logistics service providers and drive improvement plans.
• Logistics fulfilment management: Manage execution of warehousing operations (goods‑in, storage, picking, goods‑out, stocktaking), delivery and customs‑clearance activities, to raise logistics service quality and customer experience.
• Logistics cost management: Prepare annual logistics budget, monitor budget execution and carry out variance analysis; implement initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Internal control & compliance: Manage logistics‑domain internal controls and ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Prior work experience is not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain / logistics operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one‑year post‑graduation experience are welcome.
• Proficiency in Finnish and fluent English are essential.
